1. Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not reviewed and approved by FDA. Our products are over the counter dietary supplements; they cannot be 'approved' by the FDA. However, the ingredients are all manufactured and packaged in F.D.A. inspected and approved facilities that adhere to very strict standards.
2. Are your products regulated by the FDA?
As dietary supplements, our package labeling, ingredients and manufacturing quality are regulated by the FDA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
3. Are your products safe?
Yes. Our products meets the strict safety standards of the Dietary Health and Supplements Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. But, as with all health products, each person is different and we recommend you carefully look over our ingredients and speak to your physician before taking our produts.
4. Are any of your products drugs?
No. All of our products are dietary supplements.
5. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are all made in the USA in heavily regulated facilities.
6. Can I take your products if I am taking other medications?
As with all health products, each person is different and we recommend you speak to your physician before taking our products, especially if you are taking medications.
7. Do you ship internationally?
In addition to the US, we ship to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other countries at this time. Please contact us and let us know of your interest - we will do our best!
8. Who formulates your products?
We begin the process internally and also receive assistance from two different doctors - a Ph.D in Biomedical Science and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, our manufacturers have professionals on staff that review our formulas.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
